Is there any software or website I can use to edit photos/images. Photoshop is really expensive and wondered if thereis something else I could use.

elements or paintshop pro are a little cheaper than full PS
free, http://www.picmonkey.com/ or picasa are ok for basic edits and effects

I can highly recommend The Gimp, which is an open-source software. It does pretty much everything that photoshop can do!
