I think the husband has an interest in the house just because they both signed a piece of paper called a certificate of marriage? Now let us talk about children reaching adulthood and future pension rights? Fortunately there is not a farm involved.
Here comes an expensive lawyer ready to put a legal charge on the house preventing its sale. Possession certainly is a position of power.

Hi all,
Thought I would give everyone an update on how things are going.
ITS OVER !!!!! Investigation closed with no fine whatsover, so relieved, only had to pay the cost of the tax acountant which I had no problem doing, as they were so helpfull.
Can getting on with sorting my divorce and selling my house now !!
