2. Only one entry per person per week will be entered into the prize draw.
3. This prize draw is open to UK residents except employees of Home Retail Group. Entrants below the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian before entering.
4. There are 3 prizes consisting of a £100 Argos Voucher and one winner will be selected each week.
5. To enter the competition you must follow @Argos_Online, tweet the hashtag #ArgosToyExchange with a photo of you and the toy you’re going to donate to The Argos Toy Exchange.
7. The information you provide here will be safeguarded under the Data Protection Act and controlled by Home Retail Group.
8. The closing date for each prize draw is 23.59 on Friday, 9th, 16th and 23rd November 2012.
9. Winners will be selected at random :doh:from all entrants that week and the same person can only win once throughout the entire competition.
10. The winners will be notified by Twitter direct message by Argos within 5 days of the closing dates.
11. The winning entry will be selected by an independent judge :doh:and the judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
