Tesco Bogof Mistake means free beetroot!?

Just bought 2 X Tesco 300g beetroot in square packet in salad dept of Tesco 89p each but BOGOF offer. However £1.89 was taken off as the BOGOF discount.Hence Tesco paid me 11p to take them away! This BOGOF is for a variety of salad items but i bought 2 of the beetroot so it may only work that way. Let me know if you have any luck before Tesco realise!:T:T

Its East Anglian Beetroot in malt vinegar 89p. Not sure if this is available all over country as its a local product but worth a try if other beetroots 89p are in the salad BOGOF offer.:)

It looks simular but the packaging on mine is slightly different -the barcode is 1008 2348. I notice on the tesco website it doesnt happen so may only b instore unless Tesco have already corrected it.

i bought the non vinegar today, asi didnt see the vinegar. bogof came off correctly, nevermind , never tried it so i'll have a go. my whole shop only cost 2p after coupons anyway!
