This was on the board in 2009, and British Turkey still have some. I sent for mine on Tuesday , 2nd class stamp, and it arrived Friday morning. Here's the contents of the link:-

I didn't get the recipe cards, but the cotton apron is very well made and a good size. Very pleased with this near-freebie. I sent in a receipt for packs from Ald*, one of which was turkey mince. So bargain prices on the turkey and a "freebie" too.
