The only choice I'll AVOID RSA's echoice

I DIDN'T THINK I WOULD BE ALONE IN MY EXPERIENCE SOME HOW AS 'GRENVILLEDODGER' HAS SHOWN.THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT I LEFT ON RSA'S WEBSITE TONIGHT."Mine is a one and only policy with echoice as far as I'm concerned.on the 21stOctober whilst trying to take out insurance with echoice the site was a pain in the !!!!, freezing, slow, telling me it was sorry as website was busy,try later, but I needed insurance for the next day so persisted.Several times I got to the what I thought was the end of the process only for those problems to arise but only on 1 occasion did I understand and was informed I had bought any insurance, confirmed by email on the same evening.You will appreciate my surprise and annoyance, when 3 weeks later find my credit card has been debited with 2 different insurance policies.This was pointed out in an expensive phone call to echoice in which I understood I'd keep the 1 I had bought ,the other cancelled and refunded to my account.This has been done minus the 1.25% fee for using my credit card ! Hang on a minute echoice, I never bought it ! You can blame your poxy website all you like but its a bloody good wheeze isn't it ? I wonder how many more of your customers have multiple polices they no nothing about. Nice little earner sitting in your account till someone checks theirs !I want all my money not less a credit card fee for what I never bought but you tried to charge me."

  • Just be glad you did not have to make a claim through RSA E choice!

    If you think they are useless and incompetent at a simple refund, wait till you see what they are like actually having to do something for their money. It took them 3 months to simply forward on my report to the other insurance firm when it was always contested.

    You are treated like an inconvenience not as a paying customer.

    Please nobody use them until they have bucked up their work ethic and ideas.
