Tesco DTD online?

Hey new thread for me so bare with me!
Had a delivery from tesco which we ordered online, they overcharged by £34. When I rang up and got a refund and enquired about DTD the cs guy said he didn't THINK it worked with online orders, just in store. Can anyone help with this?

CS are correct, you do not get DTD for online orders.
