I took some sausages out the freezer about 5.30pm, just about to attempt to cook them for DH's dinner at 9.15pm
Any idea's on how to cook them?
Thinking I might boil them for a bit to cook and defrost them fully, then finish them off in the frying pan for a bit of colour?
Or am I just asking to give DH food poisoning? :rotfl:

Bung them in a dry tray in the oven for a while until brown, that's how I cook my bangers.0

I cook regular pork sausages straight from frozen as per spike's suggestion, never had any problems here.0

Thanks for the replies
Managed to slightly burn the outside of the sausages but they were cooked through properly. Managed to burn the baked beans and undercook the chips though :rotfl:Can't think of anything smart to put here...0 -
Think I would have gently grilled, or fried them to brown the outsides. Then, just to make sure that they were fully cooked, I'd split them lengthways and continue cooking the insides as well.0
