I think this is a try before you buy. sounds a bit like you will be obliged to buy

2. Then pay!
Only then, when you're fully happy with your samples, do you pay! You can pay by cheque or card (see below).

How can it be no obligation if you have to pay?
They cannot force you to buy a product unless you agree to a specfic contract and confirm you agree that by ticking a box or clicking yes.
