pigsback are waiting for the file apparently.

i also sent my confirmation e-mail to no avail

in the same bar as the "send" option , there should be a icon of a paper clip , with "attach" next to it , click that , and select the file you want to attach.

if you open up the email then click on forward then copy the entire body of the message as it will have everything in it including date sent from who to who etc...they have always accepted that when i have sent any sign up confirmation emails to them...
