I had to chase mine up too, but I did get them after an email,xxThis above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man. (SHAKESPEARE, Hamlet, 1600) :kisses2:

The next day though, £7.99 had been taken from my bank account by Audible, just a good job the account was in credit:o I called today and she says that it was credited back into my bank account 3 days later, and it'll take up to 4 working days for the money to clear again into my A/c!!!!!
The customer services were again very pleasant, but how come they can take your money from your account instantly, despite you having cancelled the previous day, and then not see a refund for 4 working days???!!!Bit unfair xxx
Think about when you pay a cheque in to the bank. The poor souls are so cash-strapped, with their paltry profits of £5-7 billion pounds a year per bank, that your money is "lost" for three days whilst they are earning 5p from it.
I think the moral of the tale is not to leave it till the last day before cancelling the trial.

Cheers! I've signed up, and wouldn't mind going to one of his seminars as I'm desperate to lose weight, and hear he's pretty good.

Lucy, here's a thought for the FAQ, could you add a guide on how to post links? And also a guide on how to post CT links? It should cut down on how many we get? I'm happy to write it and PM it to you (for editing obviously!) to save you a job if you like :-)
great idea, also if you could possibly add at the top of your post that all the comp links etc have now moved to post 3 below so everyone knows where they are now hopefully that should cut down on the duplicate comp posts....thanks x0 -
