we have four in our house and we have never experienced account closures.

we all do our own clickthoughs so they happen different times of the days or during the week if the 18 yr old can be bothered,, we only enter the comps that we want to win and we make sure that by the end of the week we clicked on the 10 pointers..

mabey some people are logging on to near each other and therefor pigsback might think its one person with multiple accounts..

I always tend to log in in the morning and OH logs in during the evening, we are both old piggies and never had any hassle before, we have both made our own purchases through shop and earn as well. I am not too worried about it as I have read on here in the past about other Pigsback members who have had this happen to them and have been able to sort it out with Pigsback and have their accounts reactivated. I think this is something that will happen to everyone who has more than one account in their household at some point in time.

I put in a birthday date yesterday to see what the prize is. I put todays date and.................just been given 50 points!!!!!!!!

I can't find anything that says you can't have more than 1 account per household.... can just find a bit where it says 1 account per person

Its in the Terms of Participation...you CAN have more than one account per household...its 1 account per person.

Terms of Participation

The Pigsback.com Programme is for the use of residents of Ireland and the United Kingdom. Residents of other countries will be accepted into the Pigsback.com Programme, however it is their sole responsibility to ensure that participation in the Pigsback.com Programme does not contravene any local laws. If such activity is deemed to contravene any local laws, Pigsback.com may, at its discretion, close such accounts as are held in these countries.

Each Pigsback.com account must only be accessed by the Account Holder, and may not be accessed by any other user, without the express permission and authorisation of Pigsback.com.

No more than 1 Pigsback.com account can be held by any one individual. Pigsback.com can demand proof of identity in the event of a dispute.

In the event of access by another user, Pigsback.com reserve the right to freeze both accounts until both users are in contact with Pigsback.com. The user shall retain access to Pigsback.com but will not have any access or permission to spend PiggyPoints, until the Account Holder has personally been in touch with Pigsback.com Member Services.


In the event of regular access by a user other than the account holder with the purpose of earning PiggyPoints, Pigsback.com reserve the right to reclaim all PiggyPoints earned by access of the unauthorised user and freeze the account, for which the member will have no recourse against Pigsback.com.

I have got my sisters account and everytime I enter stuff for me I log out and do hers and OH's I hope that doesn't jeopardise their accounts?!

I've just noticed that the T&Cs now say:

# PiggyPoints are credited once only to first time shoppers who complete a grocery shop on Tesco.com

When did this appear? I have been waiting for points for 5 shops now and I'm sure this wasn't there last week.:mad:
