    Do you mean if you're typing https://www.uswitch.com into your browser it won't work? Cos if so I'm not sure what it could be!

    But if its when you're trying to access it through pigsback... you need to put all your security settings onto minimum or off (just temporarily of course!). This might be in your 'internet settings' and/or browser 'options'
    and/or any toolbars or pop-up blockers that you might have installed (knowingly or unknowingly) and/or a security or firewall programme like Norton. It could also be in your browser settings under something like 'allow sites to open new pages' or similar.

    Sorry I can't be of more specific help, unless you use a mac, I'm not good at instructions for windows :o

    I ordered some Arcadia vouchers from consumerpulse just before Easter. They took a while to arrive so I emailed and got a reply saying there was a delay with the suppliers. My vouchers turned up last Friday. So it's probably something similar with Pigsback and they should be available soon.

    Oh, and, try holding control whilst you press the link, that can override some pop-up blockers (again, assuming you're using windows).

    i ordered arcadia from consumerpulse on the 5th and im still waitiing...thanks for letting me know...have just emailed them...
