Lets complain together!

just a thought... The home page has a poll on pigsback community. Maybe we could use the space at the bottom of the poll to air our complaints eg. Dorothy Perkins missing prizes, lost Tesco points, lost referral points etc. This way the complaints would be recorded publicly instead of being lost in e-mails. If we all get together on this perhaps our voices would be heard and acted upon. Lets get some MSE muscle on the job!

WOW I just got an email from Pigsback to say I have won a prize from the Easter Zone.... a chocolate tour through London!! I haven't won anything before so I'm very happy, plus I love chocolate lol. :j

I use them as money off my Butlins holiday or at pizza hut as they are just 'leisure vouchers'

if you use the vouchers as vouchers then you wont get any change back from them if the full amount of the voucher isnt used but you are also correct when you said you can put them onto a costa card and some people have said on the previous thread that you will get £2 on it extra and only the amount you spend will be deducted leaving all the change on the card for you to spend another day...

do you think that using a tesco money off code, or going back to update your basket after placing the order (via pb of course). may affect our getting pb points.
