Right click on your Internet browser icon on your desk top, then select properties, the the general tab and half way down there is browsing history, click delete then select cookies.

Next time you try and log onto Pigsback it will need your password.

i got mine too today - i was originally told i hadn't shopped through pigsback, then i forwarded proof of shops from tesco and i have had all the points - so anyone else in same situation keep on at them for your points

I tried that and they still say i didnt go through pigsback had sales of £600 plus i was waiting for !!

email them again - quote me if you like - they told me exactly the same thing - i emailed tesco to get proof of last 5 orders, sent it to Eamon and he gave me my points after a few emails - the tracking problem is theirs not ours

if you clear all your cookies it will automatically log you out...try going into your cookies folder and deleting them manually, also clear history, temp folder, temp internet folder and IE5 folder it should def log you out then as i clear these every day and always have to log back in afterwards....

I still havent got any Tesco piggypoints and I have shopped at Tesco via Pigsback every week since Feb 10th :wall:

Ive given up ive emailed and emailed they just say i didnt go through pigsback !!
