Last time I had to fight them for points I told them I was not impressed by companies that make offers they won't stick to, that I consider it dishonest and fraudulent and that if they tried to cheat me out of points due to me again, I would seriously consider complaining to Trading Standards, and various consumer bodies. This could well be the time I end up making that complaint. To say I am fed up with Pigsback is a mild understatement. I haven't left *yet* because I remain hopeful they will buck their ideas up - after all, it's a good idea and could work well - but I won't be hanging around much longer at this rate.

I would love your screenshot please. If you would all like me include you (any of you) in my emails let me know. I'm sure if we group together we might have more sucess, however, apart from trading standards I don't see what we can do. Pigsback insist they're waiting for party bingo and as you can see from the email trish at party bingo sent me, they insist they know nothing about pigsback or any offer.

I am waiting for 2000 points, I do think it's wrong to advertise then wriggle out of it. I've had the same issue with Tesco and ebay. But then, I have the same issues with quidco sometimes, I guess we have to see piggy points as a bonus and not a guarantee too :mad:

pigsback have today told me tesco points within 48 hours - don't know how many they will give, but i sent info on 5 tesco shops at nearly £450 so will have to wait and see i guess

I'm still waiting for mine. I emailed them around 2 weeks ago and they told me that they were waiting for the file, which would take 10-14 days. I signed up in early February so I think it's madness to have had to wait this long. If it were only for a small number of points I probably wouldn't mind so much but this is worth £20 of vouchers. I'm not going to let it drop. :mad:

On another topic, I made an order with CD WOW! through pigsback but didn't receive any points. I didn't follow up on it as I know sometimes if you use a discount, you don't get any points. It was the first order I made through Pigsback but I did make one with the same email address using Nectar points in the past. Does this mean I definitely don't qualify for the first time bonus?

I had 4 shops over £600 and they say i didnt go through pigsback on any of them when i know i did !!

I've had the same problem with tesco, I've not had any points for almost £600 worth of shops.

im te smae. im waiting for points from tesco shopping. ive emailed them this week as when i contacted pb about this they said contact in 1st week in may, so i did do. eamon said that i forward the tesco confirmation emails. i have deleted the emails so he then said can i send him copies of the reciepts from the orders. so i have scanned and emailed them off and am now waiting for theor response.
