trade plate driver

i want to do trade plate driving work, i have been warned off BCA logistics , formaly unted distribution..
i have 20 plus years of driving anything upto and including 7.5 ton,,,(no digicard) i am now fully recovered from stroke..but i cant find anyone to give me a break...i am a 54 year old married male, with three grown up (lmao) kids, i am fully aware of the down side, which is no worry, im an ex soldier...

Depending on the reason for leaving, ex forces are generally looked on favorably for being hard working and dedicated.

Haven't you had your licence taken off you? As I know someone who has had a stoke and has had his licence taken off him.

I do a bit of plating. Whereabouts in the world are you?

BCA aren't the highest paying, but by nature of who they are, they have plenty of work on. The other thing is, because they're big, there's always someone near you so most of their work is in gangs, meaning you don't really have any travelling expenses, and most of their drivers never hitch.
