Has anyone ever mixed these?
I need to make a Lasagne to use some OOD sauces - so have some Quorn mince I can do that with.
However, I (stupidly) got some chicken breasts out the freezer yesterday so really need to use these today as well.
Would they "go" OK with the Quorn mince in the Lasagne?
Otherwise, any other suggestions of what I can do with them greatly appreciated!!

TBH, I wouldn't mix them. Could you cook the chicken to use later (eg in sandwiches?)"Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510

Makes sense ...... will stick them in a pan and boil them for 15 mins.
I recently discovered this - makes them lovely & tender for sandwiches / salads etc.
Thanks - funny how you really know something sometimes, but just need someone else to tell you it too IYKWIM!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
