Final equity offer to OR

OH's equity is 11k, over the past 10 or so weeks he has been negotiating with his OR to buy it back. His first offer was 8K that was refused, anyway his last offer was 8,750k, that has been again refused and OR has now asked for 9,500k. I know that as a couple we have no more money in our account now to make another decent offer but I have been given £250 and am going to give this to my OH so he can make a final offer of 9k, I am hoping that for my sake this is accepted and that a charging order is not put on house because we cannot raise the rest. Surely it would cost OR more than £500 in fees to proceed with an order or force a sale. Anybody any advice? Thanks in advance

  • I don't think anyone can advise you wildz really. Best wait and see, if that is all you can increase your offer to then that is it really. Either they will accept it or they won't. Hope it's not long till you hear.
