Furniture - Reduction for shop floor items ?

I've had to reject a couple of pieces of furniture due to bad damage but apparently the only replacements available are items on display on the shop floor.

Despite these being in good condition, should I expect a reduction in price as they are 'shop floor' items ?

I have no choice but to accept them as they match the other items that I've already had delivered.

Thx

Personally, I would expect a reduction in price, especially as your initial order was damaged and I think it is usual practice to offer reductions for shop floor items but if they don't offer, I would definately ask for money off.

It may be more difficult now you have accepted the items but if you don't ask.... just remind them that a little goodwill goes a long way.

    Good luck.:)
