after being discharged in june i thought id clean up my crf in july and it would be a straightforward process...how wrong was I! after looking at all 3 crf reports i decided just to use noddle to keep tabs on how my creditors were updating my files as its free, then when it showed all of them as satisfied id get my reports from experian and equifax. out of 15 creditors i still have 3 outstanding. tesco, tti spc and arrow global. all three have assured me that they have sent multiple requests to noddle to update but noddle still havent complied. after 3 requests to noddle they finally are going to request permission from the creditors to update themselves

I doubt very much it is Noddle thats holding it up. Creditors like to drag their heels, I've had problems with getting Welcome Finance to update mine. I was discharged in September & started the clean up straight away. I had to make a complaint against WFS as they told me that my OR didnt inform them of my bankruptcy which is untrue. All other creditors were informed, they just seem to be the exception. Another was Active Securities ltd, they thought it was the OR's job to update my file.
Contact your creditors again by recorded letter & ask why they havent updated your files? Are they still recording a monthly default on your credit file on noddle?

yup they are still recording monthly defaults although i have had a couple of managers actually call me back (when does anyone call back when they say they will) to reassure me that it has been done several times. it seems like its callcredit who are not updating. i got exactly the same answer from all 3 creditors0

Ring Noddle & ask them to give you a call back, if you call now, its possible you can get this sorted by the end of the day, they are quick punctual at callbacks. The companies you've mentioned above are recording factually incorrect information on your credit file by placing a new default on there every month. Make Noddle aware of that also.
