Was going to do this but when registering I noticed it required a billing address as well so sounds to good to be true for me. Done these things before and I have ended up getting billed/opened an credit account for things I didn't want so I'm staying well clear just to be safe.

They can't jsut bill you later - "consideration before the fact" means they can't supply something saying it is free and then turn around and say that they want money for it, price has to be given before goods or services provided.

Billing address is simply there because they sell things and do not use a different form for free things.
