I have have started to put stuff on ebay, including some of my own paintings. I'm seriously thinking of selling my Mac and camera which should bring in about £1500 as well as some books etc etc. Whatever the business has, ie kettle, window frames, doors (lol, sorry I'm not mocking you, I need to laught 'cos otherwise I'll cry) belongs to my business partner as well as me, so anything I do sell, I need his permissions and even then half the money will go to him, which isn't a problem.
I'll take another look at agency work but in the past it's generally been temp or occassional hours where as I need to get a full time job.
I'll contact the jobcentre and see if they can help.
Thank you everyone, really appreciate your advice0 -
yes, there is a lot of temp occasional work around and Im in the same boat, I need perm/ high paid, but the fact remains that if you are looking for work , you are not earning.
Something is better than nothing after all - adn whether youll be able to get benefits will be to do with how much your partner earns if you live togther. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
