It's my left ankle that seems to be problematic at the moment. It is the same I broke when I was very young, so I know I defiantly need ankle support.0

Up & Running are good, they do gait analysis. I waited a few weeks after I started running in case I got bored and gave up and the difference when I ran in proper running shoes was unbelievable!
If you're worried about previous injuries, maybe you should ask advice from someone who works at the gym or a GP?0 -
