Help - Fire Resistant Baubles

Firstly, aplogies if this is a silly question but I do have a geniune reason for asking ....
I am looking for fire resistant/retardant baubles (or are baubles already fire resistant?)
I have bought some fire retardant spray but don't think this would work on baubles (I'll be using it to spray wooden/cardboard items).
The reason for asking is that we are decorating a ward at a Children's Hospital next week and we need to conform to their fire policy.
