I got 3 when I should have had 5. Phoned them. For some reason it didn't give them for the thorntons chocolates. They're going to post them (apparently).

  • Is there a way of unlinking your clubcard from an existing account to put onto another account? Otherwise how are people getting the 1000 extra points as a new customer?

I would imagine their "other halves" are the new customer - mine was!

  • None of the codes are working on my order? They say they've been used before??? Weird. I used an account that wasn't newly opened but I hadn't ordered through before and thought that would be okay? Any ideas or is anyone else having problems? Grrr!

Well i tested on my one and only tesco account and using the code in the above link, all 3 codes applied to my dummy order.

Ps this hukd thread is now all about getting games eg black ops with the codes

Order on my only account and got delivery today, £20 off and 1000 points, so not just new customers as my account is not new.

I had my order delivered and I had the full £60 to pay. First time I have ordered from tesco and woman at the door wasnt sure or I would of sent it back so she said call them which I did.

Didnt get the 1000 points(didnt mention them to behonest as I was more bothered about the £20 as we get 10% employees discount at morrisons and we over stocked on some things so we overspent at £60!)

First guy I spoke to I basicly said I got the codes off a friend, and he was a right idiot and said if you take them back to a tesco they will refund so I said I would and put phone down...Then I realised they had come without bags (Tbh I did notice as I had clicked with bags but wasnt that fussed at the times) and I was so annoyed as I had nothing to pack the shopping in to take it down to the local tesco....

So in end I called up again spoke to a differnert guy had a *polite* rant at him and he refunded the £20. (Said sorry at end as he was a very nice guy lol)

Wasn't worth it really but at least I aint spent £60 cause it aint worth it for what we got but £40 was a bargin
