We have recently been taken over by a new company and gone over as existing employees via tupe, our hours and wages have remained the same, which is no problem, but I was a unit manager before in my old job, now the company i work for want to employ a new unit manager to run our unit, without offerting me the job i was originally employed to do, is this allowed, any help would be appreciated.
