Can I claim back mis sold ppi if I am currently paying off a iva ?

    it would most likely be an asset claimed in your IVA, best course of action is to speak to your IP

    I've read people wait until their IVA is finished then claim it back, if you claim it back before then it can be taken off you!

    I would find out for sure before telling your IP about any possible claim.
  • Yes you can but any money you receive will be paid into your IVA as an asset
