Management Company Fee

I worked for a contracting firm for which I was based permantly in a large motorbike factory doing maintenance .The firm I worked for lost the contract and I was Tuped over to what is essentially an employment agency. They gave me a higher hourly rate and they have an offset scheme which is supposed to put more money in my pocket but I have noticed I am now paying something called a management company fee every week to them.I suppose this is for a payroll company,I also have a tax code 810l/x and am paying hmrc niers which I think is employers ni,so I'm not much better off and now find myself working as a temp.Has any one had any experience of this .
