M&S misleading marketing

Was in M&S today and they are heavily advertising what appeared to me another "meal deal" The fridges that they usually have the meal deals in are stacked with unpriced food marked "main" "side" "desert" and accompanying wines in the drinks section. I took it to be the usual deal and put two lots in the basket, at the checkout the staff were advising everyone that this wasn't the normal meal deal, when you purchased a main course, side and desert at full price you got a bottle of wine free and did I still want to proceed - which I didn't.
To be fair when you read the advertising material it does state that but many people were confused and the fact that the checkout staff were advising this indicates the level of confusion not helped by the fact that the food items in the fridges appeared unpriced.
Silly marketing tactic I think.

What did the advertising material state?

Thanks dmxdave - it doesn't mention anything about being a meal deal, it says buy three courses and get a free bottle of wine?0 -
I saw that today and to be fair it was highlighted as a WEEKENDERS DEAL where if you bought the three dishes you got the wine free
The deal was clearly signed at the top and to the side of the chiller and on each shelf label so not mis leading at all0 -
No argument with what has been posted but why are all the courses unpriced so you have no idea till the checkout how much you are spending to get a "free" bottle of wine?0

Well the sea bass I picked up to look at was clearly priced at 6 quid something both on the packet and on the shelf edge
Can't remember any other prices as it was just the sea bass I lifted but all the shelves were labelled with price tickets0
