Hi Guys,
Not sure which forum to post this in, but thought this looked best....
Im after a bit of advice, i bought some tickets to see Kings of Leon (band
) and havent received them through. Today when i check the website that i bought them through it turns out the original company Ticket Tout (https://www.tickettout.com) has gone into Administration.
So here i am 2 days away from the gig, no tickets and out of pocket. From reading through the temporary replacement website setup it doesnt look too good, the administrators are saying that there wont be any payout.
Stupidly i didnt pay for these on credit card, but on debit card. I'm about to write to the administrators and ask for advice, but what else can i do?

Was it a Visa Debit card?
If so, contact your bank and tell them you'd like to dispute the transaction. They'll give you a form to fill out
