A little OT, but the worst instance of this that I experienced, was when I ordered something from DABS - it got sent back because the delivery company only had the first half of my postcode! Obviously it never arrived. Idiots.

you would have only got the full size tube if you entered the competition on a different site, was posted a while back but dont have a link right now. They had a certain amount to give away, and if you were selected/won theyd post you a full size tube! that offer has gone now, but you can still get the samples whixh are still good!

(i won a full size tube, very pleased as it helps my eczema and dry skin a lot).
