I need to stop wasting my life and money!

Just a couple of things:
1) Ebay is doing a 10p listing day on Friday so it might be worth checking out the instructions on the eBay site in more detail as its a good deal.
2) I saved £70 per month by taking my lunch/coffee into the office and not buying from the canteen so I don't think its daft and would be surprised if you weren't paying more than £10 between you for lunches out!!!
Ref - remaining monies - yes the list is endless(!) but the reason for noting it down is that you can really see what things are costing you and so it helps you to trim a bit here and there - ultimately adding to quite a saving overall.
Another thing I do now and again is keep my shopping receipts and note down everything that is binned foodwise- this wakes me up to any wastage I am encouraging and then I tot down (roughly) how much that has cost me - a real eye-opener. I then promise to meal plan (see old style) to stop me overbuying in the supermarket.
Good luckThanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Like a few others have already said, you could cut down your monthly outgoings a bit, and also sell things on ebay, and now the weather is getting nice you could start doing boot sales etc.
Bit that shocks me is how companies let people have this much credit? I know its all nice to start with, getting things you didn't think you could etc, but it hits you hard in the long run.
What I do is every week write down what I've paid out for, bills, day to day bits etc, and then I can go back in my diary and check what monies went out one week, and so far its really helped me repay some debts. I had 3K of debts last year, and now down to £200, and writing everything down really helped loads..0 -
