I have been saving Kenco rewards for about 18 months and although we are not massive coffee drinkers, I now have 270. I would have about 50 more, but although I have entered the correct codes, the website doesn't recognise them. There however is a way to e-mail Kenco through the site, but the form is long and tedious and obviously designed to detract.
Also the gifts are now rubbish. There used to be items like a quality electric kettle for 400 something points, but now there are items like a skipping rope, a yoga mat and a cup cake making kit for something like 400 points. They do have coffee that you can redeem points for, but they are out of stock of it. LOL.
They are going the same way as the now defunct Nescafe rewards, offering discounts off days out etc, which no doubt won't cost Kenco a penny. I used to buy Kenco for the rewards, but will no longer bother and instead I will but an Aldi brand, which is just as good but half of the price.0 -
We got the kettle before it went, the rewards now are not much, a yoga mat , skipping rope. you can get a camera for 2000 points. so all in all not much kop now. thanks for the tip on the aldi brand I will give that a go0

Did well out of the old rewards and got the kettle which is still going strong. New rewards very disappointing, I already give to charity so don't want to do their charity things, plus not interested in days out. Just bought a new TV, much quicker to go shopping than save up a trillion points. have redeemed 2 sets of the cookie cutters for stocking fillers at Christmas, they are metal and quite nice. Also managed to get 2 tins of coffee but it now out of stock again.0

How can a coffee company be out of stock of coffee?
Having had a nice response from Aaron at Kenco, I have decided to give the vast majority of my 505 points to fresh water to Peru.
Let us hope they reciprocate by not beating us in the next World Cup.0
