Hello! Not sure where hypno is and I couldn't see this thread so thought I would start it.
So - what have you done today to save a few quid or even a few pennies?
I've been quite naughty and spent some money however in an effort to offset it, I have:
* Got a lift to & from work so no bus fare
* Took HM lunch to work
* Posted an EBAY parcel
* Listed a pair of gorgeous trousers on EBAY (gutted but facing facts, they are just too long for me and they'll look rubbish if I get them taken up!)
* Piggy clicks & QuidCo searches
* Negotiated with Water company not to put my water bill up quite as much as they were proposing to as from June! Saved a fiver anyway.
* Argh! Central heating has come on! That's going off when I have finished this thread....
I hope you have all done a few things today too.

Talking is cathartic and will lift you spirits.
I ate the second part of the spare ribs and home made sauce today.

- Take packed lunch to work
- Taken bottle of pop to work (will last me 2 days and its cheaper than the vending macine)
- Dried washing on line instead of tumble drier0 -
I feel very accomplished today!
Put washing on line, not radiators
Used old fruit to make smoothies instead of throwing away
Counted out lose change to put into bank
Listed some things on thriftstoreuk - made £28 so far today!
Photographed a job lot of more than 50 items of clothing for eBay, and listed them!
Used all the little bits from old bottles of coke, and poured into 1 bottle instead of throwing the bits out the sink! Got 2l!
Now I am chilling with a glass of coke, watching TV and photographing and listing things for my new Livejournal shop!
