Hi
I am sat staring at my un risen dough and wondering why it won't rise....I have no memory of putting yeast in, and the kneading felt bit odd too (doh)
I have searched the forum and think I would have to google and learn about unleavened breads, but any quick tips? We love pizza bases, and could try naan but don't know how to?
Will have to bake again properly tomorrow, but any ideas on how not to waste this batch gratefully received.

Pizza bases, naan etc all need yeast in them anyway so you wouldn't be able to make these the traditional way, although you could always give them a go. In your shoes, I think I would try making flat breads - roll out the dough really thinly and pan fry in a dry non-stick pan for a few minutes each side until golden brown.0

Another solution would be to make a paste from the yeast and some warm water then knead it into the dough.0

Thanks all. I will try nachos, flat breads and half with another yeasty kneed. If nothing works, the birds are welcome
Knew this would be the place to ask . Old stylers know everything:T:T:T:T
