Is ifitdress.com reliable?

I recently purchased my prom dress from a website called "ifitdress.com" out of Beijing. After ordering my dress, I heard that some companies in China have bad reputations. Is it possible that it is a scam website? Would I be able to cancel my order via Paypal and be able to get my money back? Or should I give them a chance? I have googled this site and didn't find any bad information. Maybe I should wait. Anyway I was going to receive my dress a week later.
