Emuchops - although it's not somethng I've ever looked in person at I did pick up a little Christmas book in Next and they have several male versions in the book. They also do online orders.

Seriously, there are a lot of other clothing options for keeping warm. Most of which are more sensible as you don't have to strip down to your thighs to go for a wee.
