Overdraft bank payment

I'm currently £750 overdrawn, most of this overdraft is charges, after my mum statrted her ball rolling she pulled me along and I did the same, am I likely to get my charges back even though I'm overdrawn!

yes you are likely to get your bank charges back but do as tom suggested and open another bank account just incase they close your account on you. Have a look on the consumeractiongroup website at your bank's threads and see if they normally close accounts. First Direct didnt when I claimed back mine but I think Barclays do.
