Currys Price Promise

Just before Easter I ordered a Nikon D40 twin lens set off Currys, thought I had a bargain at £418 (using relevant vouchers of course!). I was very annoyed when they had a mega offer over Easter, but thought I would try out their price promise and asked them to price match themselves! (The camera had not actually been despatched at this time and I did mention possible cancellation!) Anyway, to cut a long story short I checked my credit card online and found I had a £41 refund from Currys on it! Nikon D40 twin lens for £377, that is less than a lot of shops charge for the single lens one!!!!!!!!!!

It is only thanks to this site that I actually had the nerve to even ask them, so cheers Martin :beer:

Got the same camera instore 3 days ago.. They didnt have a new lense (55-200) only the display one so I got the Bag and memory card offer (£479) for £401... excellent deal..excellent camera.
