Northern Rock Refuse Interest Statement

I have a personal loan with Northern Rock and they are refusing to give me a statement of how much interest I have paid since the personal loan was taken out in mid 06. They will give me a list of the payments but I, I think, quite rightly would alos like to know the interest as the bulk of what I have paid to date will no doubt be interest related.

I'm sure the Credit Consumer Act 1974/2006 gives me a right to ask for something so fundamental to any loan? If so, can you tell me where to look to get this as I'm being given ridiculous answers about why they won't but none hold any water as far as I'm concerned pplus they are refusing to let me talk to the team who issue statements.

Thanks in advance...........
