Today I emptied my purse and found £2.80 in 20p's so I think I've done well for the first of the month and today I have not spent anything, including saying no to ebay and amazon.
DH and I have even dusted off my Percy Pig Limited Edition 2007 piggy bank to put the cash in.

i've been looking for this thread for ages so thankyou for getting it going.
£2's were always a bit to much for me to be able to put away but 20p's are just right.
i've already made a start.i'm trying to fill an empet jar i have.i will empty it when it's completly full.
