Hi All,
This December is the last of a 36 month IPA (Income Payments Agreement) payment order to MoonBeaver. But what happens then? Do I get a letter saying that the payments are complete, or does the event just passes on by?
Many thanks.

Hi Simtan, It is hit and miss they don’t always write confirming finish of IPA so best to check with them when it's coming to an end. The ones who have been contacted receive the letter below:"We write to confirm that the terms of your IPA have now been completed in full and no further payments are due".
Best wishes

If I was you I'd give them a call in a week or two. I phoned them after nearly a month to be told I still owed money. Luckily I had kept all paperwork so I was able to prove that I had paid all my correct payments and I then received a letter saying all had been paid.Hi All,
