False Allegations

I cannot see the problem here. The OP supervised and as a result someone complained about the way the OP supervised. They made allegations against the OP to a manager and then dropped those allegations afterwards. The matter seems to be over.0

I think the OP is concerned that allegations which s/he consider to be false will remain on the file and may resurface in the future. S/he is also concerned that similar allegations may be made in the future.
The original question was whether disciplinary action could be taken against the employee who made the apparently false allegations in an attempt to deter them from making similar claims in the future.
Based on what we have been told here (and even without hearing the other side of the story) I think the company would be very silly indeed to do as the OP hopes.0 -
There is a lot more to the story and thanks for everyone's help. It is difficult to but the whole picture across and by simply saying it was a false accusation looks like it purely is my opinion.
I didn't really think it was just to go further into the instance that occurred, but my manager has appeared today and things are moving forward in management so currently it is out of my hands.
I am still concerned that I may get falsely accused in future instances but I'm going to continue logging all conversations as a safety precaution.0
