Credit file clean up question - Cahoot/Santander

Hello all

I have been cleaning up my credit file, as I am approaching 6 years discharged.

Lloyds TSB corrected their mistakes very quickly, however, I have two defaulted accounts with Cahoot - a Cahoot Current Account, and a Cahoot Flexible Loan - still showing as defaulted, and with incorrect default/discharge dates.

Try as I might to contact them, I have had no response, and my report is still incorrect.

Has anyone else had similar difficulties contacting them/getting a response?
I've tried several Santander addresses, most notably 2 Triton Square, Regent’s Place, London, and Friar’s House, PO Box 1982, Coventry.
Any other suggestions on how to contact them?

Help/guidance much appreciated

paty

Please let us know how you get on. I to have an account with Cahoot and heard nothing back from them after sending the first letter.
  • Well, I want these defaults to be removed as soon as possible, and because the dates are incorrect, they will probably remain on there for longer than they should.
They should probably already have been removed - I would be facing a much better credit rating already if they were!

Still waiting to hear, but it's only been a few days. I have to say I'm not optimistic, they were simply awful when I went on my DMP

I emailed Tuesday morning using the CEO address, had a response on Tuesday evening saying it had been passed to the appropriate team and yesterday I checked my file and it had been done, so this is the route to use folks. Many thanks to Caz.
