Thanks for all your replies they have helped and been very interesting.

We havent actually spoke to anyone reguarding our debits but i have been on the cccs website the only result after inputting all details was to go bankrupt.

Hi jessie it would be a good idea to talk to the cccs as they are very good ,you will be asked if you apply for bankruptcy if you have taken proffesional advice by the judge or clerk.
