95% Mortgage for moving home

Can anyone help? we bought our home just before the markets crashed as a result we have very little equity and can only get a 5% deposit to move but the only thing i can find is 95% mortgages for 1st time buyers or people moving to a new build, were neither.

is anyone aware of places offering a 95% mortgage for people moving house to a non new build?

Do you need to borrow more, or are you taking the same amount, or less?

If more, you do need a new lender. If same, or less you can get 95% again from NRAM.

There are few 95% mortgages around. You'll need a spotless payment and credit record, ideally having been in your job and at your current address more than three years.
