Size required (32” or 34”) And tell us up to 50 words why the team you're nominating deserves to win new a set of Co-operative Insurance branded kit.
There’s one full set of kit to be won every month and the closing date for each competition is the 28th of the month. So if you’re not successful on the first attempt, why not try again the month after?
If you do not have access to email you can also send the above information by post to Sponsorship Team, The Co-operative Banking Group, 4th Floor, Miller Street, Manchester, M60 0AL.
Only one entry per monthly competition per visitor.
Each month one winner will be selected and will win a full set of 15 navy blue strips and 1 red goalkeeper kit in chest size 32 inch or 34 inch.
