Money refunded to Maestro Card is missing ??

I recently used my maestro card to fund an account I have for doing some investments and requested the amounts be credited back to my bank. The company in question say they have made the payments via a refund to my bank card (3 various payments) but they are not showing in my bank account.
Other firms have refunded to my card before and the funds are always in my account within 3 working days.
The requests were made on the 1/11, 2/11 and 5/11 all for various amounts.
I have spoken to my bank manager who has spoken to card services and they say they cant see the funds coming in. I have asked the company to trace the amounts and they say the funds were processed and passed to the bank. My bank manager says they have to wait 30 days before they can do anything further for me.
In the interim I need the cash and am losing interest.
Any help appreciated.
