I am 71 years old and wish to take out a buy to let mortgage but no lender, that I have spoken to, will allow the arrangements to go beyond my 75th birthday.
Is any one aware of a lender that may go to my 80th birthday?

There are quite a few that will go to 85 and 90 years old.

Not going to name drop lenders as other variables are to be considered..

Many lenders will only go through brokers, so you may need to engage one.

They are out there though, just also be mindful and comfortable with the added complications of being a landlord.
